This intervention aimed to to highlight the beauty and historical value of the Church of Saint Benedict, an emblematic monument of the city, through the implementation of a modern scenic lighting system that enhances its facade and surroundings during nighttime hours, boosting its tourist and cultural appeal.

The works included the Installation of an energy-efficient LED lighting system, Designed to highlight the church's architectural details, such as arches, towers, walls, and ornamental elements, while ensuring energy efficiency and respect for the original structure. recessed lighting fixtures, directional projectors and underground cabling, All the materials were selected based on criteria of durability, safety, and environmental sustainability. The lighting design was carefully planned to achieve balanced illumination that adds drama and visual enhancement without altering the aesthetics or generating light pollution in the historic setting.

Furthermore, the intervention included the implementation of an automated control system, which allows the intensity and tones of the light to be regulated according to cultural events, festivities, or religious activities. With this action, the Church of San Benedicto not only acquires new visual and tourist value, but also becomes a local identity icon and community meeting point, strengthening Tarata's nighttime tourism offerings.
